These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the WorkHoop website (the "Site") and any referral submissions, network applications or inquiries you make through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About WorkHoop

WorkHoop is a referral and opportunity-matching network. WorkHoop is not a general contractor and does not perform the customer's service. Participating providers work directly with the customer to fulfill any job. WorkHoop works to connect opportunities with participating businesses but does not guarantee that a provider will be found, that any opportunity will result in a completed job, or that any revenue will be generated.

2. Referral submissions

When you submit a referral, you agree to provide accurate information and to confirm that you are authorized to share any customer information included in your submission. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Network participation

Applying to join the WorkHoop network does not guarantee acceptance or the receipt of opportunities. Participating businesses decide whether to pursue any given opportunity and work directly with the customer. WorkHoop does not guarantee the availability, quality or outcome of any participating business's services.

4. Information accuracy

You agree to provide truthful, accurate and current information through the Site and to update it when necessary. WorkHoop relies on the accuracy of submissions but does not independently verify all information provided.

5. Third-party providers

Participating businesses are independent third parties, not agents or employees of WorkHoop. Any work performed for a customer is performed by that business directly. WorkHoop is not responsible for the acts or omissions of participating businesses or for the outcome of any job.

6. Limitations of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkHoop is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the referral process. WorkHoop provides the Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7. Intellectual property

The WorkHoop name, logo, monogram and Site content are owned by WorkHoop and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse any of these materials without permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.

9. General terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. WorkHoop may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
